About Reaves

Cooper Reaves is the owner and principal designer of Reaves Designs. A driven and accomplished individual, Cooper is currently a senior at East Tennessee State University, pursuing a major in Public Relations/Advertising, with a minor in digital marketing.
 
Through his employment with the Northeast Tennessee Tourism Association, Cumberland Marketing and Johnson City Chamber of Commerce. Cooper has developed valuable experience in developing websites and building effective marketing strategies for nonprofits, small businesses and large economic development organizations. Cooper is certified in Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics and Ads and Digital Marketing through the Digital Marketing Institute. 

Cooper is not only dedicated to his professional endeavors but also to serving the community. He is a commissioner with the Johnson City Historic Zoning Commission and has a seat on the Blue Plum Board of Directors, implementing the annual Summer festival and city Christmas parade. Cooper is also a 2022 recipient of the Appalachian Highlands Twenty Under 20 Award.
